Hallelujah! It is Rhubarb Season!


Today we celebrated the start of Rhubarb Season with coffee cake from Isa Chandra Moskowitz's "The Superfun Times Vegan Holiday Cookbook". It was fantastic! I did make a mistake the made the topping a bit too powdery, next time I need to use a slightly bigger bowl and coconut oil that was a touch softer.. This was totally my fault, because you can trust Isa Chandra Moskowitz cookbook's to have tested the recipes very well. 

On the side I had a Nitro Mocha from Califia Farms. So tasty!
