Oh! It has been so long since I posted here. Much has changed and much has stayed the same. I still love to ride bike, to read and to crochet. I am also still baking and cooking, but nowadays that baking and cooking is all vegan. Yes, I said it, vegan. And it is delicious!
Today I made
Maple Pumpkin Donuts from
My Darling Vegan and severed them with
Calfia Farms Pumpkin Spiced Latte. Delicious! (Though I under-baked the doughnuts
, so I recommend baking the full 18 minutes she suggests in the recipe.)
This afternoon I am making Vegan Pepperoni Pizza... stay tuned...
